What a delicious site, crackling speckled dusted berry busted nutty beauty… Newly appointed Bread specialist Craig Shum has been treating my baby like his own ever since he first put his teeth around it… His gigantic hands have made it slightly challenging for him to grasp the shape, but as of recent, man oh man, are they gorgeous… and F***ing DELICIOUS! go get one, and let me know what you think… I’ll be stocking up Get Fresh Table and Market and Blue Apron with them all weekend so eat them up…

What an amazing time, great people, excellent vibe, good cause and superb food. I had the pleasure of meeting the amazing Stacey, Founder of BK farmyards, and i wanted to package her up and take her home… … this event, well, i cant wait until the next one, as I’d like to help build this to a food festival that rivals the best… I had the honor of rockin some great bread with a collaboration from two of my clients, GET FRESH, and Blue Apron. We gave tons of bread, made lots of friends, and I talked too much… with the help of my amazing assistant, I saved a few vocal chords, but attracted the attention of those who are really getting the brand… sure we passed out bread… but we all in the end gave a big group hug to the future of local business ship, and taking care of the people supporting it… Thanks to everyone for opening their mouths and ears to SCRATCHbread… lets keep in touch.

Ive been asked to participate in an amazing cause this weekend. BK farmyards, is an awesome movement/project to transform all unused plots of land throughout Brooklyn into full fledged produce farms… This food can be used for a number of purposes from hunger, to community involvement and restaurant usage… This Sat. the fundraiser is going to be a great big PARTY, I’ll be there, there are great sponsors, music & food; and ill basically be giving out delicious tastings of my bread along with some spread, dips and cheese provided by my amazing clients… Ill probably sell pieces of my bread as well to be able to provide to a larger audience… Friday night I will go for my largest bake by my own to hands… Show me some luv on Saturday and stop by and say hello.

Congrats to some good words from NY MAG about GET FRESH this week. We are collectively going to make them busier then they ever could be… Excellent food, great staff… and RETAIL SCRATCHbread!!! Lets put these people on the map people… Go for my bread, stay for their free hugs! or really good food… I guess…
